シニアライフを楽しむご夫婦のために、活動的な時間と安らぎの時間を両立できる住まいを計画しました。
傾斜地に建つこの住宅は、遠くの海を望む眺望を最大限に活かすことをテーマとしています。限られた予算の中で傾斜地の特性を活かし、鉄筋コンクリート造の半地下と、その上に木造2階建てを組み合わせた構成としました。
半地下には趣味を楽しむためのフリースペースを設け、もうひとつの居場所として活用できるようにしています。メイン玄関のある1階には寝室とウォークインクローゼットを配置し、将来を見据えた暮らしやすい動線を計画しました。
2階には、緑を望むデッキテラスに面したLDKと浴室を配置。さらに屋上へ上がると、遠くに広がる海と360度の開放的な景色を楽しむことができます。
傾斜地という条件を活かしながら、趣味と眺望に恵まれた豊かなシニアライフを実現する住まいです。

This home combines an active daily life with relaxing moments for a couple enjoying senior living.
The site is sloped and can be approached from two directions, but securing a view over the neighboring house's roof was a challenge when it came to enjoying ocean views.
To make effective use of the limited budget, a reinforced concrete semi-basement was built, which also served as land development, and planned as a free space for hobbies. A secondary entrance was located here, and it is accessible via a 40-meter on-site walkway from the public road (a legal road) below. A two-story wooden building is placed on top of this.
The first floor, where the main entrance is located from the town road (a non-legal road), houses a bedroom and walk-in closet. The second floor has a cantilevered structure that expands the floor space, providing parking space below, and a living/dining/kitchen area and bathroom facing a deck terrace with views of greenery. Furthermore, if you go up to the roof, you can enjoy an open 360-degree view of the ocean stretching out in the distance.
