南西の唯一の“抜け”を活かし、コートやデッキテラスを配置することで自然光と風を取り込み、周囲の視線を遮りながら快適な居住環境を実現しました。
音楽が趣味の共働き夫婦と愛猫と暮らす叔母さまの完全分離型の二世帯住宅として設計され、光と風を感じられる工夫が詰まっています。

Two-family courthouse on a long, narrow, irregularly shaped site
The site is located in a densely populated residential area in the city center, and is a long, narrow, irregularly shaped site on the north side of the road, surrounded by buildings on three sides.
As a three-story wooden courthouse (SE construction method) with an exterior space (court, deck terrace) in a position that makes the most of the only "open space" in the southwest direction, we improved the living environment while protecting the interior from the eyes of the surroundings.
This is a completely separate two-family home for a working couple whose hobby is music, and their aunt who lives with her beloved cat, where they can live while enjoying the natural light and breeze despite being in a densely populated residential area.
