シニアライフを楽しむご夫婦のために、活動的な日常と安らぎの時間を両立させた住まいです。
敷地は傾斜地で二方向からアプローチ可能ですが、海を眺めるには隣家の屋根を越えた視線の確保が課題でした。
限られた予算を有効に活かすため、造成を兼ねた鉄筋コンクリートの半地下を設け、趣味を楽しめるフリースペースとして計画。ここにはサブ玄関を設け、下側の公道（基準法の道路）から約40mの敷地内通路でアプローチできるようにしています。その上に木造2階建てを重ねました。
町道（法定外道路）側から入るメイン玄関のある1階には、寝室とウォークインクローゼットを配置。2階は片持ち構造で床を広げ、その下を駐車スペースとしつつ、緑を望むデッキテラスに面したLDKと浴室を設けています。さらに屋上に上がれば、遠くに広がる海と360度の開放的な景色を楽しむことができます。

This home combines an active daily life with relaxing moments for a couple enjoying senior living.
The site is sloped and can be approached from two directions, but securing a view over the neighboring house's roof was a challenge when it came to enjoying ocean views.
To make effective use of the limited budget, a reinforced concrete semi-basement was built, which also served as land development, and planned as a free space for hobbies. A secondary entrance was located here, and it is accessible via a 40-meter on-site walkway from the public road (a legal road) below. A two-story wooden building is placed on top of this.
The first floor, where the main entrance is located from the town road (a non-legal road), houses a bedroom and walk-in closet. The second floor has a cantilevered structure that expands the floor space, providing parking space below, and a living/dining/kitchen area and bathroom facing a deck terrace with views of greenery. Furthermore, if you go up to the roof, you can enjoy an open 360-degree view of the ocean stretching out in the distance.
