都心の住宅密集地にある、北側道路に面した細長い変形敷地に建つ木造3階建て（SE構法）の完全分離型二世帯住宅です。
限られた敷地条件の中で、南西側に残された唯一の抜けを活かし、中庭やデッキテラスを計画しました。周囲からの視線を遮りながら、光や風を住まいの奥まで取り込み、開放感のある居住環境を実現しています。
住まいは、音楽を趣味とする共働き夫婦の世帯と、愛猫と暮らす叔母さまの世帯で構成されています。それぞれが独立した暮らしを送りながらも、同じ建物の中で安心して暮らせる完全分離型の二世帯住宅としました。
都市の住宅密集地にありながら、中庭やテラスを介して光や風を感じ、それぞれの暮らしを大切にできるコートハウスです。

Two-family courthouse on a long, narrow, irregularly shaped site
The site is located in a densely populated residential area in the city center, and is a long, narrow, irregularly shaped site on the north side of the road, surrounded by buildings on three sides.
As a three-story wooden courthouse (SE construction method) with an exterior space (court, deck terrace) in a position that makes the most of the only "open space" in the southwest direction, we improved the living environment while protecting the interior from the eyes of the surroundings.
This is a completely separate two-family home for a working couple whose hobby is music, and their aunt who lives with her beloved cat, where they can live while enjoying the natural light and breeze despite being in a densely populated residential area.
